Privacy policy

Information submitted through ElaineHomes.com forms is used to respond to inquiries and provide requested real estate information. The site stores contact details and inquiry messages in its private website database. Do not submit financial account numbers, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal information through these forms.

Before browsing the public website, visitors are asked to verify an email address using a one-time code. For each successful verification, the site stores the email address, verification date and time (UTC), IP address, browser user-agent, and an approximate city/region/country inferred from the IP address. IP-based location is not precise and may be incorrect. To provide this approximate location, the server may send the visitor IP address to the IP geolocation provider ipwho.is. These records are available to authorized site administrators for security and visitor reporting. Contact elaine@elainehomes.com with privacy questions or requests. This starter policy should be reviewed by a qualified professional and updated to reflect the business's actual practices, analytics, vendors and applicable laws before launch.
